These Terms & Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") the 39bet platform and its users ("Member" or "You") and constitutes a legally binding agreement. Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are created, all of them will be closed and funds may be forfeited. Family members sharing the same device or IP address must notify Support in advance if they wish to maintain separate accounts.

All betting and gaming activity on 39bet is governed by specific rules that every member is required to follow.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the Cash Out feature).
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system or technical error, the affected bet will be considered void.
• If a match is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.
• If an in-play betting update fails due to server delays, 39bet's decision is final.
• If spot-fixing or match-fixing is proven in any match, all related bets will be voided.
• Placing coordinated bets across multiple accounts on the same outcome (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

39bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• If multiple bonuses are active simultaneously, only the terms of the currently active bonus will apply.
• 39bet reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse is suspected.
• Any unused bonus remaining after a promotion expires will be automatically removed.

All financial transactions on 39bet are handled in a fully secure and transparent manner. The key terms for deposits and withdrawals are outlined below:

• You must use a payment method registered solely in your own name.
• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (Mobile Banking/Nagad); minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• KYC documents (NID or passport) must be submitted to process a withdrawal.

39bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification is not completed or incorrect documents are submitted.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• By directive of a regulatory authority.
• For accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

If the issue is resolvable before account closure, 39bet will generally send an email notification. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be returned through the designated process.
